 For Students & Faculty Advisors: Choose a membership package—either a standalone membership or one that includes regalia. These must be ordered with a credit card through the store. 

If you are enrolling multiple members or paying by check, please follow these steps:

1. Download the Excel order form from the SIE store. 
2. Complete the form with all requested details.
3. Email the completed form to sienational@gmail.com.
