Welcome to Sigma Iota Epsilon!

Sigma Iota Epsilon (SIE) is both an honorary and professional fraternity, and the Academy of Management's student organization. The word fraternity is often used to describe organizations comprised of both men and women. SIE encourages and recognizes scholastic excellence and promotes cooperation between the academic and practical aspects of management by bringing together practicing managers and students. 

Membership into Sigma Iota Epsilon is extended to those students who have high academic standing and have demonstrated an interest in management or a management-related area (i.e. marketing, sports management, hotel and restaurant management, finance, accounting, CIS, etc.).
