 Sigma Iota Epsilon (SIE) is a national honor society that recognizes academic excellence and a strong interest in the field of management. As the official student organization of the Academy of Management, SIE supports the integration of academic learning with real-world perspectives by encouraging dialogue between students, faculty, and industry professionals. 

 Membership in SIE is extended to students who demonstrate high academic achievement and a clear interest in management or a related discipline such as marketing, finance, hospitality, sports management, accounting, or information systems
